Pricing FAQ
When do I pay the fee?
It's taken from each successful payment before the net amount reaches your balance. You'll see the fee and net on every transaction.
Is there a cap?
Yes. The fee on a single local transaction is never more than ₦2,000, however large the payment.
Why is the ₦100 waived on small payments?
So small payments stay affordable. Under ₦2,500 you pay just 1.5%.
Do you charge for failed payments?
No. You only pay on successful payments.
